How long will my renovation project take from start to finish?

Every situation is unique, but once the design is finalized and work begins, many projects can be completed within 1-2 weeks. Timelines may vary depending on product availability as well as the scope and complexity of the project.

Will I need to vacate my home during the renovation?

For most projects, there is no need to vacate the home. For simple projects, the work should not significantly impact your ability to stay at home. For more complex projects involving multiple areas or flooring, we will work efficiently and communicate the best ways to minimize disruption to your home. Our installers will take great precautions to maintain privacy, safety, and professionalism on site and will only show up and perform work when authorized.

What payments do you accept?

We accept Visa card, Zelle, and check. A deposit may be required for certain projects before work can begin.

Do you offer financing options?

Special financing options are available through Wells Fargo. Contact a sales representative for current details.

What is the warranty/return policy?

We want to make sure every customer has an excellent experience. In the unlikely event something is wrong or you are not satisfied, please refer to our return/warranty policy.

How can I care for and maintain my cabinets?

To keep your cabinets in good condition, avoid the following:

• Extreme humidity, temperatures, or direct sunlight

• Using drawers as a step

• Alcohol, detergent, ammonia, or abrasive cleaners

• Wax, silicone, or petroleum-based polishes

• Attempting repairs without professional assistance
