Thank you for doing business with us. We are dedicated to providing high quality products and professional services to all of our customers. In the unlikely chance that something goes wrong, we appreciate your cooperation with the following warranty and returns policy:

• Gila Cabinet and Stone Center offers a 1-year limited warranty for our cabinets from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in manufacturing, materials, and workmanship and is limited to repair and/or replacement of the defective parts at the discretion of Gila Cabinet and Stone Center. Charges may be incurred for labor regarding removal and replacement. 

• For products that are defective out of the factory, we will exchange the defective parts under warranty with no charge.

• This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is not transferable to subsequent owners. 

• This warranty does not extend to damage caused by improper handling, storage, installation, assembly/disassembly, improper modifications, exposure to excessive humidity or heat, misuse, abuse, negligence, or acts of God. 

• For painted cabinets with finishes such as "White", "Antique White", "Grey", etc. we do not have any warranty for paint related issues. Please inspect the items properly beforehand. 

• Gila Cabinet and Stone Center is not responsible for any design or measurement mistakes once confirmed by the customer. Please double check all measurements and designs before picking up any orders.  

• Customers must show valid proof of purchase, invoice, or sales order for returns or exchanges. 

• All returns/exchanged items will have a 25% restocking fee imposed.

• All returned items will be kept as store credit on your account with our company and can only be used for any future orders. There are no refunds. 

• For cabinets that are damaged due to mishandling, or already assembled, installed, modified, or cut - We cannot offer any returns or exchanges. 

• For items where the box is seriously damaged or the box is opened and the original packaging is destroyed/discarded - We cannot offer any returns or exchanges.
